Phil Cooke
Training Transformation
Phil is highly experienced in government and private vocational education, specialising in simulation, automation and remote operations skills. He has developed VET accredited courses on behalf of commercial clients. He is a regular contributor to national Technical Advisory Committees relating to simulation and automation skills, including Simulation Maintenance and Rail Traffic Automation.
Phil is a Quality Systems Auditor and holds multi Diplomas in Quality Auditing and Government (Management). He has worked in the aviation and rail industries and holds a Certificate IV Transport and Distribution and Rail Network Control.

Julian Davis
Digital Learning Systems
Julian is an award-winning Digital Learning Innovator and Instructional Designer. He specialises in education technology and is the champion of “Digital Learning Systems Architecture” model. Julian is an early adopter of new learning technologies, having extensive experience with adaptive technologies and networked learning. He has also presented on learning technologies such as xAPI on the national and international stage.
Julian is an Associate Fellow of the AITD and is actively involved in the Australian xAPI User Group.

Dan Minton
Capability Development
Dan has worked at the leading edge of skills development in Australia accumulating a vast knowledge of workforce skills development, legislation and policy to support industry capability development needs. Dan has worked in the vocational sector across a range of portfolios including Skills Specialist, Industry Manager (Aviation) and General Manager of a Skills Service Organisation.
He has been integral to the development of the Remote Pilot Aviation Systems (RPAS) competencies and is considered one of Australia’s leading authorities on automation and remote operations.
